Preserving the Musical Arts within Our Communities
Uplifting & Reconnecting All Ages through the Universal Language of Music
A Message from the Maestro
On May 9, our 2025 – 2026 season ended dramatically when, after 2 standing ovations for the concert presented, we offered a rare 2nd encore and asked the audience to participate with singing “God Bless America.” Many in attendance unabashedly had tears streaming down their faces as we celebrated “America at 250.” While it was a fitting climax to another awesome season, it was also a real-life illustration of the emotional power of music and how it can be used to bring people and communities together.
Next season, the Warminster Symphony Celebrates it’s 60th birthday! We already have an incredible array of world-class talent in place to help make this 60th anniversary unforgettable.
We will begin the season with the incomparable Ciaran Sheehan recreating his PBS television special “An Evening with Ciaran and Friends,” featuring Kaley Ann Vorhees, currently starring in the Broadway hit “Masquerade” and Philly’s favorite guitarist, singer, and entertainer, Gabriel Donohue. This will be followed by our ever-popular Holiday concert and our March concert featuring audience favorites from past seasons and the winners of our 2026 Young Artist Competition.
We will end our 60th season with another incomparable musician – “America’s Violinist” Grammy-nominated, and Billboard No. 1 recording artist, Jenny Oaks Baker and two of her incredibly talented children, now recognized performers on their own, Hannah Erickson on cello, and Sarah Sorhus on piano.
Our 60th Anniversary season will bring people together in a beautiful, emotion-filled way, and I hope you and your friends and family will be present to help celebrate this milestone! Look for our subscription brochure in your mailbox or on our website in the latter part of July.
Best wishes for a happy and safe summer. We look forward to seeing you in the fall!
