Preserving the Musical Arts within Our Communities
Uplifting & Reconnecting All Ages through the Universal Language of Music
A Message from the Maestro
On October 25, the WSO will open our 59th season with what will truly be one of the most outstanding and memorable concerts in our history. Passion and sensuality will fill the air as we perform Bolero, Danzon No. 2, and Capriccio Espagnol.
The pinnacle of this program will be world-class violinist Christine Lim, associate concertmaster of the Philadelphia Orchestra, performing Pablo Sarasate’s incredible Carmen Fantasy. Whether you are a long-time subscriber or someone just discovering the WSO, “Gypsy Romance and Spanish Fire” on October 25, is an evening not to be missed.
Please take a few moments to explore the other concerts and events listed on this website. I encourage you to consider a money-saving season ticket subscription. All of our concerts offer great music selections performed by a superb orchestra and incredible soloists. The venue is a beautiful, 1900-seat auditorium with comfortable seating and excellent acoustics – all of which contribute to an outstanding music experience.
I look forward to seeing you on October 25!
